As your coaching partner, I use a variety of methodologies to develop a customized approach that is tailored specifically to your unique situation. The process emerges differently each time based on what you say, do or want. I offer face to face and/or Skype and telephonic sessions. Each coaching session is an hour long and there is no requirement to commit to a pre-determined number of sessions.
I predominantly use the philosophy of the Solution-Focused Brief Approach together with the Inner Life Skills Coaching Model.
These together facilitate change and improvement by focusing on your preferred future rather than analysing problems and difficulties. My role is to raise your awareness and self-knowledge, identify your strengths and resources, amplify what is already working in your life, assist you to see things differently and help you develop new approaches. I respect that you alone are the expert on your life and circumstances, and together we will focus on the steps that will help you achieve your preferred future.
My coaching model looks at both an interactional view (between people) and at deeper self-understanding. I use VIA signature strengths, the Enneagram, Jung Typology and i3 profiling to assist with self-understanding and strength identification. I believe that when we discover and reveal our true selves we begin to bring purpose and meaning to our lives.
I offer group courses and one on one sessions to teach TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) which is a fantastic tool for past trauma and everyday stress.
