About Bodhi Khaya
Bodhi Khaya is situated on Baviaans Fonteyn Farm, the oldest in the area. In 1791 the farm was granted to Dirk Cloete, son of Hendrick Cloete, owner of Groot Constantia and one of the Capes largest landowners at the time. The land has been divided, changed and re-shaped since then, but the present owner, Georgina Hamilton, has carefully created a sanctuary for those who wish to explore the thoroughfares of the heart and mind. Today Bodhi Khaya is an open and welcoming spiritual home for all.
FACILITATED RETREATS
Facilitated retreats are group gatherings of like-minded souls who are taken on a journey of transformation together over a weekend. These structured retreats are hosted by a highly reputable guest or resident teacher or guide.
PERSONAL RETREATS
A personal retreat is an opportunity to connect with yourself in the sanctuary of nature. We offer a schedule of optional weekend activities that provides a framework for transformation, while giving you the freedom to rest, restore and explore your inner and outer landscape. All meals and activities are included.
SELF-CATERING COTTAGES
Our self catering cottages offer additional privacy and space, while basking in the beauty of the land. We invite you to rejuvenate, cook your own meals and have access to all the natural wonders the area has to offer. Our cottages are family friendly.
