To heal body, mind and spirit meant finding out more about energy and metaphysics. I started my journey in 2006 when I became a Usui Reiki Master, then Body Alignment which now became Life Alignment, and included Vortex Healing and Home Alignment, trained by Jeff Levine and Merle Westcott. In 2007 I completed the following with Drs Trudie and Merwyn Bartholomew at Translife Centre: Hypnotherapy and Advanced Hypnotherapy IMDHA International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy ASS USA, Holistic Life Coaching, Ethnopsychology African Traditional Herbs and Abnormal Psychology EPASA,HEPASA. In 2009 I completed a Ph.D specialising in Metaphysical Counseling with the University of Sedona.
