The 3 Container Holistic Integration is a safe and supportive 36-week Container split into a structured and understandable 3, 12-week Containers. The containers are held with 8-12 clients at a time. Our capable guides use transformative dialogue through topic process groups, gestalt groups, meditative movement, Homeopathy/Naturopathy consultations, soul focused art, Transformational coaching and one on one counselling. The materials are based on positive psychology, Jungian concepts, motivational interviewing, CBT and focus points are on the psyche and overcoming blocks based on the sub-conscious. This container is based on what I have learnt over the 9 years of recovery from trauma and alcoholism, and to live life with serenity and joy. We launch this Container on the 4th of October 2021.

The people I love to serve are interested in genuine spiritual development which I provide with a minimum of the gas-lighting that the New-Age movement has powdered healing concepts with over recent decades.
To that end I provide honest facilitation that begins with orienting Self into the present and into the body, using meditative dance/movement, spontaneous mark-making/art, sound-making & story-telling, and creative meditation to access DNA/ancestral fragments in order to integrate. These activities bring awareness to repetitive patterns that do not serve the individualās holistic evolution towards increasing individuation.

Amanda Blokker was born in Pretoria, South Africa in 1970 and lives there to date.
She was first introduced to art at The Technicon of Pretoria where she studied Graphic Design.
After being involved in Screen Printing for a few years, she took an interest in Painting.
Self exploration and determination by mainly studying the Old Masters, especially the Impressionists, is key to the development of her painting abilities. Painting in oils has been an absolute favourite and ongoing learning experience to this artist. In 2016 Amanda was introduced to Encaustic Art. Encaustic is a Greek word meaning āto heat or burn (in)ā (enkaustikos). Heat is used throughout the process, from melting the beeswax and to fusing the layers of wax. Encaustic consists of natural beeswax and Dammar resin (crystallized tree sap), colour pigments are added.
Amanda has participated in numerous group exhibitions at galleries in Gauteng (including
FirstRand Bank 2018 and 2019), and has had 7 solo exhibitions.

In my approach, I look at the whole individual. I use energy healing to access the aspects in the aura and the physical body that need healing. I then trace back where the dis-eased aspects originated from and unravel what needs to be healed in the long term. This can also be done for problems that are being experienced in life, whether it is in relationships, personal goals or life in general. It takes work, honesty, openness and willingness from the client to get the full benefit. I have a range of other professionals that I can refer you to if you require extra growth and assistance in various arenas outside of my expertise.

Reiki (Energy Healing)
Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a Western Style of Reiki which is passed down through a particular lineage. Reiki is known as hands on healing, energy healing, radiant or spiritual healing. The concept is that one (Reiki practitioner) is a prism and focuses the life force energy (also known as Qi, Chi, Prana and Soul Energy) into the client. The client being willing to heal themselves as they have come for assistance from the Reiki practitioner accepts the life force energy into themselves, and the energy having an intelligence, will clear blockages, heal energy tears, heal ailments and balance the Chakras which in turn will heal any part of the aura that needs to be healed or balanced.
Transpersonal Numerology
This unique form of numerology was developed my Richard Higgins. It is a spiritual growth tool that is based on the personās date of birth and sacred geometry. It sheds light on the dynamics of your relationships, with yourself and with others. This tool has proven to be very useful for many people that I have had sessions with, and it never ceases to switch on a light of self- discovery and creating more curiosity.

Colour is tied to our entire lives. There is immense healing potential within colour. By providing the correct focus of energy or colour to an affected area, it corrects the balance. Home Clearings/Cleansings
I do home clearings/cleansings. If you feel that the energy in your home is negative, feel uncomfortable in the space or if something traumatic happened in that space it helps to cleanse the space of the lower vibrational energies that may still linger there. It could be that you have created that energy yourself, or that someone else created that energy and now you moved into a new place with that energy still there. Biography for Romy Reiki
I am an Intuitive Healing Practitioner. I tap into the clientās energy field while I do Reiki. I will guide you to take further action steps in maintaining optimal health, finding balance, connecting with the self and most importantly learning to love yourself.
I started with Energy Healing in 2018 after my mom passed away suddenly. I studied Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki up to Masterās level with Angela Whitehouse at Angelās Touch, and still need to hand in my case studies to complete this level. I have passed my exam. I qualified as a colour therapist (Divine Space) and I also did Richard Higginsā course in Transpersonal Numerology. I did a tarot reading course with Angela Whitehouse at Angelās Touch as well.
