Melanie’s Specialized Kinesiology practice revolves around the art and science of Muscle Monitoring. It’s about using your muscles to understand your limitations and potential. Through this approach, she taps into your innate intelligence to identify imbalances related to specific concerns.

Neuro-Training is a tool that helps retrain your neurology to adapt effectively. Neural Organization Technique involves protocols that assess your system’s defensive state and activate it to support your well-being in the present.

In Melanie’s practice, every person is unique, with different health goals and desires. Her role is to guide you in achieving your specific focus, facilitating balance and recovery by tapping into your innate intelligence so you can reach your full potential.

Melanie offers

Melanie offers Facial Evaluation and Mineral Cell Nutrition services. Our faces reveal deficiencies in the 12 vital minerals identified by Dr. Wilhelm H. Schuessler, crucial for our cellular health. These minerals need to be in a micro format for effective absorption, achieved through dilution and division.

Facial Evaluation allows us to identify these deficiencies visually. Melanie verifies these findings through muscle-monitoring and balances the deficiencies using a customized Mineral Powder Mix.

Her career trajectory reflects a dedication to holistic health and well-being.

Melanie embarked on her path in her early 20s when she undertook training as a massage therapist. This early foundation paved the way for her subsequent endeavors in the field of alternative medicine. She honed her skills while working alongside homeopathic doctors, where she was instrumental in crafting homeopathic remedies. Her commitment to holistic practices led her to explore the relatively less-known field of reflexology, studying under the guidance of Jack Rubin, even before it gained widespread recognition.

In the heart of Johannesburg, Melanie established a massage and reflexology clinic in Benmore Gardens. Here, she collaborated with athletes, both men and women, to enhance their recovery and overall performance, showcasing her dedication to improving individuals’ physical well-being.

Her journey took a significant turn when she relocated to Durban in 1992 and crossed paths with Harold Bliss, her first Kinesiology teacher. Under his tutelage, she delved into the foundational aspects of Kinesiology, particularly the Touch For Health method. Melanie’s thirst for knowledge propelled her to pursue advanced studies with various renowned instructors around the world. She deepened her expertise with Gudrun Lauterbach, Andrew Verity, Kyra Gaasbeek, Evelyne Rupp, Coby Schasfoort, Michela Collett, and Marco Rado, gaining insights into diverse Kinesiology concepts and approaches, including Neuro-Training, Blueprints & Cheirology, N.O.T. (Neural Organization Technique), Inner war of the Tribes, Business Kinesiology, Neuro-Cardiology, and NeuroGastroEnterology, with a specialized focus on Gut Health and Neurology.

In 2006, Melanie took the significant step of becoming an educator, sharing her wealth of knowledge by teaching Kinesiology courses. Her commitment to personal growth and development in this field remains unwavering, as she continually strives to qualify for and teach further workshops.

Expanding her horizons, Melanie pursued additional certifications, including Cranio-Sacral Therapy under the guidance of Al Pelowsky in 2011. In 2012, she delved into the realm of Facial Analysis with Mineral Tissue Salts, and she is now qualified to instruct others in this modality. She also supplies Mineral Tissue Salts in a convenient powder format. Furthermore, Melanie acquired expertise in Live and Dry Blood Analysis in 2012, showcasing her dedication to comprehensive health assessment.

Throughout her journey, Melanie Bennett’s therapeutic techniques and holistic modalities have been harnessed through the power of choice and the precision of priority muscle monitoring, reflecting her unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal well-being.
