My personal healing journey

My passion is what makes us human beings who we are and helping people to discover and uncover blocks, to allow moving forward in a systematic way to really make that shift and change in their lives to become what and who they are truly meant to and want to be.

I have been studying human nature since I was a young child and as a Medical Technologist, Reflexologist, Healer and intuitive Life Coach , I have studied the mind/body connection and have seen in my own life and that of other’s, that there is a very powerful connection at a cellular and energetic level that has been proved by science.

As Einstein said, “Everything is energy”.

I know we are here for a greater purpose and that Divine synchronicity is everywhere, as our Souls and Spirit Guides direct us in our lives, from something as small as helping us find a parking spot so we can make that meeting,  to connecting with people we need to collaborate with to fulfil our dreams and desires.

As some of you may have, I have re-experienced some of my past lives and connected dots in this life to assist me to understand my karma and purpose. I have experienced the great healing power that we have within us and coming through from the Universe and how pathways in our brains get laid down at a biological level that cause repetitive thought and actions. I have seen how our emotions affect our energy field and our physical bodies and have learned how all this can be healed and changed. As an Empath, I feel what others feel and intuitively bring through what they need and help them to tap into their own intuition and healing ability.

Whether your purpose is to be a parent, an entrepreneur, a care giver, an artist or musician, it all contributes to raising the energy of this world.

All of us are unique and equally valuable and needed at this time.

I believe that we come to earth to incarnate into different lives and we have what we need within us. I’ve grappled with my challenges and gratefully received assistance when I needed it (still do) and have learnt how to heal myself and finally finish the main karmic task I set myself. I have made so many “mistakes” along the way, but these have been my greatest teachings and I have learned to gratefully (and eventually gracefully) accept them.
