The Energy Centre

Tracy White is a Reiki Master and Teacher and Founder of Body Balance Activation. She offers treatments and courses in Reiki, Body Balance Activation and Sound Healing with Tuning forks. All three modalities are natural healing systems using naturally occurring energy and frequencies to promote balance and harmony within a person. A body in balance can go a long way to healing itself.

Tracy has developed a system called the Body Balance Activation Technique which she has been teaching for years both in SA and Internationally. Situated in Winston Park, KZN, South Africa, The Energy Centre began by providing treatments in the EMF Balancing Technique and Reiki, and then teaching transformational self-empowerment Reiki courses.

The Energy Centre was founded in 2002 by Usui Reiki Master Tracy White whose years of experience in Reiki and energy healing has seen the centre grow exponentially over the last seven years. The centre has become widely known as a training institution and is available as a venue for workshops and courses. What is Reiki?

The Word Reiki can be split into two parts. Rei and Ki. Rei, means Universal, and Ki, means energy. Reiki is an ancient, hands-on healing technique with origins in Japan and Tibet. It is used to help recharge, re-align, and rebalance energy in the body. In America, Reiki is joining other complementary therapies in the conventional settings of hospitals, hospices, counselling centres, emergency rooms, and intensive care units. Reiki can be an important tool that can help maximize patient care and minimize recovery time in hospitals.

The Body Balance Activation Technique

The Body Balance Activation Technique is an energy healing system which takes the energy deeper than your normal session working to access memories stored deep within our bodys cellular and molecular structures in order to release them and make way for our body to heal at the level of our DNA.
