I have a background in Psychology, Information Systems Trainer, Administration, Metaphysical and Spiritual, Religion and Systems Management. Through great personal challenges I discovered first-hand the principles that helped me to ultimate be a successful business women, healer, counsellor and above all single mother. I am an individual who is self-motivated, passionate about life and inspires and challenges others to discover their purpose and maximise their potential. Taking known principles to a deeper level of application in both career and personal life I empower people to be confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented and balanced in all areas of life. Lirschia presents different types of speeches
1. Motivational Talks: These are presentations of between 1 hour and 1½ hours in duration. They are great to start- or end a conference. They get delegates into the right frame and ready

2. Teambuilding Workshop. Teams for Life Focuses on choosing the team through profiling, improving teamwork as well as developing unity in the team through training and practical exercises. Participants get to know one another more personally and build up one another. The programme is tailored so that you can determine the specific focus: be it on team vision, peak performance, relationship building, etc.
