My journey began 31 years ago. I was very sick as a child through to my early days as a working women. Almost every second month or so I was at the doctors rooms. I had a gift in my hands ( as I was told) and passion for massage which I practiced on family and friends. I began reading books on Reflexology from the library and here is where I found details of a school to study reflexology. When I began my studies in Reflexology & Nutrition, I learnt about why and how the body breaks down making us ill. I practiced Therapeutic reflexology on my own feet everyday for a year and changed my eating habits. I reversed all my conditions leading a healthier life without any pills, this is 31 years ago and I have not looked back. I learnt that unmanaged stress and a compromised immunity starts of as simple symptoms , then leading to various health issue and lastly terminal or auto-immune conditions. I am passionate to empower others to lead a healthier life like me.
