Using an analogy of radio stations to understand how frequencies affect our lives. I feel that this analogy is very powerful in giving you a new perspective by discovering where you are resonating at in your life.
Quantum Physics is now proving beyond a shadow of doubt that everything in life is
about frequency and vibration, and that people who hang out together resonate with each other. For some it may be because they have the same woundology, meaning common emotional wounds, like “mother issues”, “father issues” or “abuse issues”. For these people when they are together they speak the same language of pain. This can be positive if they are uplifting each other, but if they are just complaining and blaming, it will have a debilitating effect.
People who are successful normally gravitate to other people who are successful, because they resonate with each other, and have much in common in a positive way. These people will always feel uplifted when they spend time together.

“Chucking the Whole Onion” / Depression/Teenage Depression
I recommend this session for someone who is coming to me for the very first time for a session, as this session creates a huge shift in your life view and circumstances.
I believe energy healing is limitless and so we can “chuck the whole onion” instead of “peeling layer for layer”, meaning we can deal with all the “stuff” in one session instead of a session for each issue. My experience has proven this to be true. Every experience we have ever had has a negative or positive emotional charge related to it, which can be triggered at any time through our environment or our thinking. When a negative memory is triggered, consciously or unconsciously, it triggers the negative emotional charge related to that experience which results in us having a negative reaction eg. feeling down, stressed, lack of energy and in the extreme, depression.
In this healing session I focus on releasing all negative charges in your energy field that no longer serve you, so that you can function better in your everyday life. The shift experienced is truly life-changing! This is effective on all levels and in all situations eg. loss of a loved one, divorce, betrayal, death, stress, fear, abuse, relationship issues and overwhelment.

Clearing Sabotaging Subconscious Patterns & Beliefs
What keeps me in this financial situation? What stops me from getting that promotion? Why do I keep attracting the wrong partners? Why does this health condition persist? Why does “this” keep happening to me?
My personal experience of this has been “mind blowing” and that’s why I now include it as a MUST HAVE session for anyone who is SERIOUS about shifting their stuff!
In this session we tap into the body’s innate wisdom locating and reprogramming patterns and beliefs that may be undermining or sabotaging our ability and efforts to achieve our full potential.
We only develop filters at the age of eight. Before that they are undeveloped, and so our vulnerable and innocent Subconscious Mind believes all the messages that it receives. This information then becomes deeply embedded in our cellular memory as underlying programs and beliefs that play out for the rest of our lives, sometimes sabotaging our best efforts to improve our circumstances.
Using muscle testing to check the resonance you have with certain beliefs, fears and patterns, one is able to find out what is behind a physical condition or mental or emotional state and then using a powerful technique to shift that.

Having grown up with my grandmother, who was a student of Metaphysics long before it was an accepted thing, I cut my teeth on these teachings (Dr Ernest Holmes, Dr Jack Holland, Dr Joseph Murphy, Dr Tom Johnson, Florence Scovel Shinn, Catherine Ponder and Norman Vincent Peale, to name a few). Having my heart broken at sixteen was the catalyst that put me on my spiritual path, which I have been on ever since. My grandmother was a very wise lady and was my first spiritual teacher / Master, who had a huge influence on me.
I had always been fascinated with reincarnation and Life After Death, believing that this was true, as things in life then made more sense. However my faith and beliefs were put to the test when my first husband died in Dec 1987 – so how much did I REALLY believe all this stuff!? After going to see a psychic medium (another amazing story- since seeing I am the worlds biggest sceptic!) many things were put into perspective. She told me what signs to look out for when he was trying to contact me or let me know that he was around. Well, then it was miracle after miracle – friends kept on saying, “you need to write this all down”, but I felt that when I need to relate a story to someone, all the information is there immediately. Needless to say, what I had first believed in my head became an unshakable truth in my body. Since then I have often come across people who have lost someone and not known how to deal with the loss, and I have been able to help them see things differently because of my experience.

Where do I begin?
So much to tell. My friendship with Allison began in the eighties and I can only begin to tell of the impact Allison had on my life, that of my family and countless lives I have seen her touch.
Having suffered with illness my entire adult life Allison took time out of her busy schedule to guide, teach and heal me. Tears come to my eyes as I remember a time when I had almost given up on life where she took a week off and drove me around for treatments in different modalities and not only giving me energy healing sessions but also at the time, we went to see the Dalai Lama. Dear Allison,
I would just like to say a big THANK YOU for the Transformation Workshop, which challenged me and given me great “aha moments,” which helped me to see, recognise, feel and then work on fixing my unknown problems.
I had huge insights into each area of the course, namely: Health, Work, Relationships and Money.
So to start with the Health part: I had over the last 9 months put on 8 kgs of weight, yet hadn’t really done anything to justify this additional weight. But it was also “where” I had put on this weight that was puzzling me. Once we started on the course it became very clear to me that I had been “protecting myself” and “feeling disempowered and fearful” (the weight was on the upper abdomen, which was very unusual for me). I was going through a really tough time at work, with the addition of a new boss, basically half my age and he was on a definite power trip. So that was my first aha moment with my health.
I also had bad bronchitis twice during the year, which took its toll on my health. Again, this was revealed to me as an inflamed family environment, which was a problem I was having with my daughter at home.
Onto the Work section: I felt very threatened and so miserable about this new boss that I was contemplating leaving my current job, (again very upsetting as I had started this business with my sister 12 years before, and felt that I couldn’t work “in my company” any more). After doing the Work part of the course, so much was revealed to me about my own hindrances within the work place. So, from resenting this boss and questioning myself on work issues, I now find myself loving my job again, and have totally released all resentment towards my boss, AND ended up becoming the “best rep” with sales exceeding all targets!
With regards to the Relationship and Money sections: with both I had great aha moments and now money has been steadily flowing into my life in most unexpected ways.
Each area of the course was amazing and I have made excellent progress in all areas and avenues of my life. Clearing these issues was life-changing for me, and I really just wanted to share my experiences with you and others, and to say that sometimes it can seem “hard work” when you have to deal with emotional issues, but it is so worthwhile when you release these blocks in your life.
I would highly recommend this workshop!
